ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Substitute Yari Allnut had two goals and one assist as the Rochester Raging Rhinos beat the Seattle Sounders, 3-0, last night in A-League soccer action before 12,744 fans at Frontier Field.

Allnut entered the game in the 67th minute and assisted on Onandi Lowe's goal in the 76th minute that broke a scoreless tie.

Allnut then scored in the 81st and 90th minutes.

The Sounders are 5-5-2 (26 points); Rochester improved to 7-3-0 (32 points).

The Sounders play at the Montreal Impact tomorrow.

KUDOS: Sounders defender Craig Waibel was named to the A-League team of the week after his solid showings against San Diego and Vancouver last weekend. During that two-game stretch, Waibel and the Seattle defense gave up just one goal -- an own goal.

Waibel is a second-year player from Mukilteo who attended the University of Washington and also played for the Spokane Shadow. He is the third Sounders player to be named to the A-League team of the week, joining Andrew Gregor and Darren Sawatzky.

NOTES: During Seattle's 3-1 loss in Minnesota Wednesday, Sounders goalkeeper Preston Burpo stopped yet another penalty kick. Burpo has saved four penalty shots this season.
